Hello, i have a 2024 corvette Eray, I went for my first oil change and requested for a transmission filter replacement which they told me i had to leave the car for a day. When i saw different videos on youtube that it should only take couple of hours so i didn't do the replacement at this time. Also i noticed that the oil & fluid life is at 49% right now, which to me tells me they didn't reset the oil alert. I also asked for a courtesy wash and when the car return it was still dirty, they didn't do any wash. Thank you

The staff is always friendly and professional. My car's computer has been replaced and programmed correctly, as far as I know. My only complaint is that I wish I had been given regular updates. My car was in the service department for a month and that can get unsettling when no one is telling you what's going on. I understand that at times, there was no new news but even a text or a phone call saying that there is no new development or an ETA of completion is still an update.

Dropped off my car on Wednesday, May 7th. It took 6 days to get a diagnostic done?!? Then after getting the results (including items which seemed extensive and borderline gauging) I still didn't get an answer on why my AC unit wasn't working (which I absolutelymentioned when dropping the vehicle off). That took another 3 days to get an answer back and another incredibly expensive result. In total for my car, my service advisor wanted $6775 to get everything completed, with some unnecessary extras. I did basic repairs/oil change just to get the car back, which took a total of 15 DAYS!!! Unacceptable. No customer service, very little explanation. Plus, the dealership has a "cold" atmosphere and the place is outdated and dirty. I was considering purchasing another vehicle (Chevy Traverse instead of my Equinox) but I'm going somewhere with real customer service interested in helping, where I don't feel like I'm bothering anybody when I call in or try and get answers.

Car was done and sitting in a parking space for over 20 minutes before I had to ask the cashier to have someone bring the paperwork. You also stopped sending video text messages showing the car being serviced. This was something you used to do and other service centers are now doing as a way to gain trust of the customers and improve customer experience. Why did you stop doing this? I own a Kia and Hollywood Kia does this for all service visits.

I wouldn’t recommend anything else from this location because the finance manager is just a ripoff no matter how anytimes you tell them you don’t want something he said he took it off showed you on one paper that he took it off then at the end add it back on. I had the unfortunate experience of having to have my 2024 Chevrolet Corvette not start and had to be taken to the dealership. I met Service Representative Armando, who was very professional and forthcoming. He called when he said he would call and explained the problem with my vehicle. My vehicle was kept for several days to solve the problem and fix the pending recalls. While I didn't get a new battery, he explained that should the problem continue, I should call him, and he would be readily available. I appreciated that.

The service department got me in and out very quickly on a walk-in to replace the tire on my 23 Stingray. Julia the service tech was very professional and helpful. However the red lip on the wheel trim was damaged in the process and no one knew how to repair it and did not have the trim tape in their accessory department. I bought the car from the Dealership and they are a Vette dealer so I’m disappointed so far and I am still waiting to hear from them and need them to make it right.

From the first phone call to the new car keys placed in my hand it was the smoothest car experience I have ever had. Over the phone on my first call Angel my service agent offered me the highest trade in offer for my vehicle sight unseen, higher than the ones we hear in advertisements from other companies. During the visit not once did he try to lower my trade in offer or increase the cost of my new car unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past. Angel is a true professional and kept his word through the whole process. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. They have a customer for life. Once I arrived, I was not greeted by my advisor. Instead, some woman in a grey shirt got my keys, told me to wait, and said everything was good to go and I could wait or come back later after the recall/oil change. I arrived back over 3 hours later and noticed my car parked in the parking lot. However, I had not received a text or call that my vehicle was ready. I was the informed that my advisor left early and to go ask the cashier if they had any updates on the status of my vehicle. The cashier was confused as to why they would have me asked her and I had to wait while she went to go speak to someone and find out where my car keys were. Then I had to wait even longer after she came back because she did not know how to apply my 15% discount I had revived in the mail.

I had a terrible experience. As previously reported, I waited 3 hours despite having scheduled the appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. It was ridiculously expensive and the check in process was confusing for me AND the 5 people I asked about checking in. Everyone was confused!

It was definitely a better place to come when they had a separate line for CORVETTE! When we’re spending almost $200,000 for an automobile, I don’t think we should be in the same line with the Chevrolet Cruz customers. I’m not in the lead, but I think a little bit of special care we go along way. Also better communication with the customer would be helpful. The service was completed perfectly. I’m perfectly happy with the end result. The process can’t be compared to Porsche or Lexus! Free loaners for warranty work would also be appropriate for this type of a car.

My vehicle was towed to the AutoNation Service Department. I met with the Service Representative who was nice and friendly. Although, the S.R. was busy she took the time to invite me in her office to discuss my service needs. I explained that my vehicle would not start and the engine light was on. Review of AutoNation Service Department I recently brought my Corvette to AutoNation for an engine noise concern. After inspection, I was told by both the service rep and the mechanic that the issue was caused by a bearing in the pulley/fan belt assembly. The repair was completed under my warranty at a cost of $1,150 to the warranty company. When I picked up my car and drove away, the noise was exactly the same as before. I immediately contacted the service rep, who scheduled me to return. At my follow-up appointment, I was then told that the real issue was with the torque tube due to worn bearings—something that should have been properly diagnosed the first time. This mistake wasted my valuable time and created unnecessary confusion. Fortunately, my warranty will cover this additional repair, but it should never have taken two visits and conflicting diagnoses to reach the correct conclusion. As a loyal customer who has purchased four Corvettes and relied on AutoNation’s service department for over 25 years, this was a very disappointing experience. I expect better accuracy, accountability, and care for long-standing customers.

We dropped my car off at 8:40am for an oil change. At 12:55, I messaged Debbie Gill asking if my car was ready? I got no response. I never got a call saying my car was ready. After I picked my boys up from school, we went there which was at 3:55pm, it had been ready since 1pm she said. She said she messaged the wrong number. I went to my car and noticed they didn’t do the complimentary car wash which she put in either. It was a terrible experience start from finish and I was very disappointed with how everything was handled.

After repeatedly asking my service rep to confirm my hood would open, I received it in return not operating. The rep was long gone when I picket up my car and the manager couldn't open my hood either. Getting to your shop is a major inconvenience. I asked if it was working when I was told the car was ready and I was told yes, a LIE. Plus, I got a 4 point inspection. Doesn't the hood have to open for that?

Was a very negative experience due to the service advisor. Did not return phone calls or text messages. Kept telling me technician has not looked at it. After 9 days I had to drive back to the dealership to get a response. Was told I can talk to the manager. Was told that several times. Spoke to the service director and he informed me it was looked at already. He told me he would follow up and he did. Service advisor was not helpful at all and very passive aggressive with me. I did not appreciate or expect that treatment as I have been a loyal gm customer for 45 years. I have never been treated this disrespectful in all my life. The service director Loverly Espinal was very professional and very efficient. He took care of every issue that I communicated to him. I would rate him a 10 and the service advisor a 0. But after this very unpleasant experience, I don't think I will be coming back or buying anymore gm products. I was looking forward to a new Silverado in 2026 as I keep my trucks for 10 years and it is a 2016. But maybe this is a sign that I should explore other options.

My vehicle stay in the service for 15 days. The Diagnostic service came to my vehicle after a week. In this case, I lost my vehicle for seven days without any service. I came with a lot of problems in my new vehicle 2025 suburban. After two weeks in the service, they did just update for the system and problem with my differential not being resolved. The service representative told me then they cannot do anything except change the oil. The warranty service work horrible. Will never recommend to anybody to buy a new or used Chevrolet. Previously the Chevrolet company business top of the Vehicles but not anymore. For sure this vehicle will be my last Chevrolet in my life. Thanks for GM representative for this best experience.

I dropped my truck off on Friday October 10th and mentioned to the Service Advisor, Joe, that I was going out of town on Tuesday expected to hear something back from him by the end of the day. I did not hear anything from Joe so I sent a text message Saturday morning asking for an update. Again, I did not hear back from anyone so I sent another request on Monday and still did not get a response. I went into the service center on Tuesday morning and met with the Service Manager, Andrew, who finally told me that a technician was looking over the truck and later that afternoon I received a text message from Andrew stating that the repairs were being submitted to the extended warranty company. Wednesday morning I received a text message from Joe stating that the warranty company was sending out an inspector. Later in the afternoon on Wednesday, I received another text stating that the parts required were in Miami but I still had to wait until Saturday to pick up my truck. Joe did send me a car rental voucher but that did nothing for me since I already had to pay for a full week of rental since Friday the 10th. If I would have receive the voucher on the 10th it would have been very helpful. In short, I feel like my truck was not even looked at until Tuesday the 14th and the lack of communication, up to the point where I physically had to go into the shop to meet with the Service Manager, made things worse and ultimately more costly for me.

My truck was in for servicing for over a month. I was never offered a loaner car. The repairs were covered under warranty, however, I incurred a 2000 dollar rental bill during the repair process. I believe i should be compensated for some of my rental cost. Additionally it was difficult getting answers from the dealership during the time my truck was there. I am highly disappointed.

It seemed to me that even though I had an appointment and arrived 10 min before my designated time I had to wait until 8:15 am to be seen. The service representative was very polite and did address my concern on the vehicle but it again it just seems like there is a problem with the intake process. Then when I picked up my vehicle I had to wait on the cashier line for 20 min to sign the paperwork. In the past if I had zero balance the service adviser would handle the paperwork. During all of this the Service Manager was just sitting at his desk on his computer. It seems like there is a lack of leadership.

I bought Ext Warr when I bought my vehicle from AN Chev PP. No loaner vehicle was offered & shuttle service was denied.

The communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I kept receiving generic updates about my “spot in line” but never any real, meaningful information. I was not informed that a part had to be ordered and shipped to the dealership. I only learned what was actually happening after speaking directly with the GM, which is unacceptable. On top of that, I was later told that the Chevy system had been down for a day, but no one notified me at the time. I found out only after the fact. Overall, the lack of transparency and timely communication made this entire experience very frustrating.

The initial person responsible for helping me did not show up, I waited 20 minutes for her. Eventually, I asked if someone else could help me. My vehicle is a company vehicle, so they sent me to an associate who has experience with fleet vehicles. After my oil was changed, another representative asked me if I wanted my car washed, I said yes, they told me to wait 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, I asked if my car was ready and they said yes and gave me the keys. My car was in the parking lot, and it was not washed. This was a 3-hour experience which could have been 1 with a little organization.

want to say that my experience with Damair Pennant was excellent, he kept me informed and greeted me with a smile and handshake. He was professional and helpful trying to help me with my corvette purchase. Even the test drive and the setup of all my services he was helpful and patient. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the other salesman I dealt with during my visit, I think it was Jose Diaz. I had been dealing with him for 2 weeks by email waiting for the corvette while in transit, then when arrived he tried to hit me with a different price then what was on the site, before arriving I was told it would be honored though. I advised Jose I think because when I said I had been talking to someone by email for 2 wks, he just said thats me. I also had a brief email encounter with Aldo Romero so not sure but Damair would know sonce we all were in the office. Jose made me upset and almost leave because I presented a bank draft for $70K and he basically didn't want to negotiate and after I had a screenshot of the original posted price he acted like it wasn't true and tried to act like the over $3K price was true like we hadn't been talking for 2 weeks. I even had my copy of my new temp insurance card showing I was serious on purchasing that corvette that night. Jose just needs better CS skills as he almost lost a big deal for the company. I gave 5 stars to the company based on Damair. Thank you.

The worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. I attempted to contact my service advisor on numerous occasions via text and phone. After my vehicle being in the shop for over 3 weeks, I received about 4 text messages. 3 of which were after I contacted corporate. Not only did the process take forever, but never receiving updates was quite irritating to say the least. I had to drive down to the dealership to get answers. I will NEVER go back to autonation for repairs.

I came in because my oil gauge and battery gauge We’re fluctuating intermittently. The technician said that you need a new battery but we can not replace under warranty because it has not completely failed. I said that you have to wait till I get stuck somewhere and risk my life or an accident can happen. And he said that is the policy of Chevrolet. I said okay this is the last GM product that I will buy also I will share with everyone on social media about GM policies. I went ahead and replaced the battery with aftermarket battery.

Wow what an amazing experience I had this time I went to automation and spoke with Michelle! She is my service advisor for life! She listened to all my concerns and took care of me all the way thru! I went in for an oil change and was done in a timely and professional manner!! They even had A service director willing and able to listen as well! I am always bringing in my vehicle here for service as long the maintain high standards of customer relations!

My vehicle was dropped off at the Pembroke Pines location on December 15, 2025. I left several messages with the service rep to find out why it was taking too long for services. After speaking with the Director, I was advised that AutoNation was waiting on information from the warranty company. The customer service is horrible, and the telephone calls constantly dropped. I have had services at other AutoNation dealers (Doral, LeJeune Rd) and also Bomnin Chevrolet and have never encountered this type of service.
