Worst costumer service ever. The person who is supposed to receive the client, he NEVER ask me what I need or if I need help. He didn't even say Good morning. He just point to the other side of the building. Then, after 10 minutes of waiting I opened one of the office doors and found another guy who was sitting at a desk doing nothing, no hello, no good morning, no may I help you... nothing. I told him that I have an appointment at 11am and with attitude he checked the computer (thank God) and sent me to another office by pointing over there. Finally, Mr Eduardo Arencibia was the only one who took care of my appointment. He did good, but the rest of the people were super nasty and with bad predisposition to work. If they don't like costumer service they should work in another field. Next time I will be going elsewhere, not the pembroke pines dealer.
