The new Chevrolet Blazer runs on a 2.0L turbo engine and a 9-speed automatic transmission. This duo helps your Blazer dominate the road, producing 228 horsepower at 5000 rpm and 258 lb-ft of torque at 1500 to 4000 rpm.
Exterior
The Chevy Blazer is a mid-size SUV with bold exterior features, like 18-inch Grazen Metallic wheels and a black and chrome signature grille. Inside the grille, there are active aero shutters that enhance your Blazer’s aerodynamics by closing and reopening as your speed increases and decreases. The 2LT base trim has LED lighting, a manual liftgate, and heated power mirrors that turn on automatically when your rear defogger is on.
Interior
The Blazer has 5-passenger seating that includes an 8-way power driver seat, a 4-way manual passenger seat, and a rear bench seat. The driver and front passenger have their own temperature settings, thanks to dual-zone automatic climate control. Other important cabin features include the 6-speaker audio system, USB charging ports, and a 4.2-inch driver information center.
Inside the new Blazer, you’ll find a driver mode selector that lets you switch between various driving modes. This includes sport, tow/haul, snow/ice, tour, and off-road on FWD models. If you opt for an AWD model, tour mode is replaced with all-wheel drive mode.
Tech
Technology in the 2025 Blazer includes wireless smartphone integration from Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Use either app to pair your phone to the SUV through convenient Bluetooth technology. From there, you can make calls or answer incoming ones from behind the wheel with voice recognition capabilities.
The 2025 Blazer is also Wi-Fi hotspot capable, providing internet access inside and outside the vehicle on up to ten devices. Another exciting feature in the new Blazer is SiriusXM radio, which comes free for three months when you purchase a 2025 model!
Safety
The new Chevrolet Blazer comes equipped with the Chevy Safety Assist driver-assistance package. Chevy Safety Assist includes forward collision alert, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, front pedestrian braking, and more. The 3LT and higher trims have additional safety features in the Driver Confidence Package, including lane change alert with side blind zone alert.
The Chevy Blazer has seven airbags situated throughout its cabin. This includes head-curtain, knee, frontal, and seat-mounted side-impact bags. Other safety features in the 2025 Blazer include Teen Driver, Buckle to Drive, and OnStar Basics.
